2009年2月13日，广东中科天元新能源科技有限公司在匈牙利签署了关于日产300,000升燃料乙醇项目的工程建设的框架协议，是中科天元续承建罗马尼亚80,000吨/年生物燃料乙醇项目后，又一次向欧盟输出成套燃料乙醇设备装置，至此，欧盟新建燃料乙醇的装置都从我司引进。

该项目以玉米/甜高粱籽为原料，合同总额为4,500万欧元。

On 13th of February 2009, Guangdong Zhongke Tianyuan New Energy S&T Co., Ltd.(ZKTY) signed a framework agreement on a project in Hungary which is to produce 300,000 liters fuel ethanol per day. This will be another ZKTY project of providing complete set of ethanol production equipment to EU following the success of the Romanian project which produces 80,000 tonnes of fuel ethanol per year. So far, all ethanol production equipment of new projects in EU is provided by ZKTY.

The above-mentioned project will use corn, sorghum seeds or a mixture of both as the feedstock. The estimated total investment is app. 45 million Euros.
